Though stubbornness is not good but sometimes in some things it turns out to be a saviour in some ugly situations.
Stubbornness works in two different ways honestly sometimes it works in someone's favour and sometimes it also works against the person and not only working against the person but it also puts the person into a very big problem that may not end easily.
Honestly I have been in these two situations where stubbornness helped me out in a good way and in good condition On the other hand i have also been in a situation where it caused me something.
Stubbornness is not something to boast of because no matter how it saves a person one day it must turn against that person and put him into a very big problem and if the person eventually enters the trap of someone that has been targeting him that's the end .
Stubbornness like i said in some aspects is good too but it brings about critical thinking and also being in the right position of your rite before proving that stubbornness . Before proving being stubborn try to be wise. On many occasions your stubbornness will save you no cap but wiseness is the most important thing.
I used to be a very quiet guy that everyone in my house thought you can just step on me and go so everyone sees me as less because i don't talk I am always quiet but one very good or what i may call a bad day to my uncle everything changed and the story was changed even till today no one plays me because they no that if i should get angry the outcome might not turn out good .
At that time i was doing one business then one day my uncle came to me to sell the goods to him that he will bring my money later seeing him as an uncle i agreed and decided to give home the items , i gave him this items with the intention of getting my money the next day like he said but to my greatest surprise that money lasted for more than six months.
So one very good day i confronted him for my business money he said I should leave his house that he don't want to see me there ,on top my money me being a quiet type i did not talk i was just staying there waiting for my money all of a sudden the guy started shouting that him will be me , he will do this one that one ,I was like on top my money so i became pissed of that even my mom called me to stop but due to that anger that spirit of stubbornness came over me that i did not listen to anyone anymore and at that time the me they used to know left me everyone was shocked and immediately with my actions that money was provided there and then .
Since then my people now see a different part of me .
I really liked what happened that day because they are always seeing it that i am too quiet and for their mind i can't do anything. But that very good day changed every story.
Stubbornness has it up, my guy; it lets people know that you can. But we just choose wisely when to be stubborn and who we can be stubborn with.
Sometimes being quiet makes people underestimate you. I agree that knowing when to stand your ground matters. Your story shows that pretty well.
You did well because your uncle wanted to eat that money without even thinking of how it will affect your business.
