Education has gone so far even beyond our imagination.
Education today has increased its level more than what it used to be before now.
In the grading of the students intellectual measurement it differs . Due to the modification and fast progression of things concerning education and changes in grading of students and their very levels of understanding differs.
Grading of students:
Grading of students now differs because as people are different so is the intellectual quotient differs too , everyone has were he or she is good at ..
Many are good in the practical aspect meanwhile others are good in the writing aspect of education and this is while there is a very big difference and change between the two set of individuals / students.
These days people make good results in school, get first class and the rest but when it comes to the practical field you will see that person not knowing what to do .
Meanwhile you will see someone who came out with a third class performing very well in the practical field more than the first class student.
These days now, to me i will say that the field practice matters alot even me it i am to hire someone in my field i will hire someone who is very good in the profession not minding the academic grade whether first class or anything it can be of .
Students grading is really good no cap and it makes the students to be serious with their academic life , it brings students into competition make them to go more far in studies.
School on their own should not stop grading because the grading pattern ( I mean the A ,B,C,D,E,F) grading helps to ascertain the class in which a student falls whether he or she is a first class, second class or third class students.
So in the school they should not stop their grading system rather they should continue, they pass and fail pattern will on only reduce people's motivation in reading and striving.
When one checks his or her score there is this vibe it gives most especially when you see yourself making improvement and beating some people on score but when you check your result and only see pass and fail it will not really give that zeal of putting more effort in studies. It is only the lazy one that will like this type of grading because his mind will only be let me get this pass mark and go after all it is only pass and fail .
Schools should continue they use of grading ABCD in their result as it has so many impacts on the students and this impacts brings more motivation.
But apart from the school system itself in the outside life , been good in the field aspect is very necessary. That is why no matter the class you see yourself whether first, second or third try and know the practical aspect of that your field very well .
