Hmmm... Some people really suffer for things that didn't do and we see this in so many workplaces. That 'Gross Misconduct' though. Employers and their big grammar. Haha.
It's good you got called back and didn't have to suffer too much for a crime you didn't commit.
The best part of it is that you got an apology and that is what I think so many accusers fail to do when they find out that they accused the wrong person.
