It's especially hard for girls to go to school in this community. As a result, those who choose education in HAUSA find themselves in a unique position – they have the chance to overcome challenges and succeed. These individuals are rare, but they benefit from a system that makes it easier for them to get good recommendations and find good jobs.
IGBO: A Focus on Business
The Igbo community in Nigeria has a different approach to education. They do attend school, but their main focus is on business. Success for them is not solely based on education. When an Igbo person enters the business world, they become skilled at it, often with the help of their community. This has given the Igbo a reputation as successful entrepreneurs who prioritize their own version of success over formal education.
YORUBA: The Mandate for Education

The Yoruba people really value education. Yoruba parents are so devoted to educating their children that they might even sell their houses to send their kids to school. Some are willing to go to great lengths to support their children's learning, even if it means asking for help. Yoruba parents are ready to do whatever it takes to make sure their sons and daughters learn. This strong emphasis on education has given the Yoruba a reputation for being one of the most educated tribes in Nigeria. They are well-known for their knowledge, social skills, and effective human management.
However, despite their strong educational background, one area where the Yoruba people might need to improve is their internal unity. They are highly educated, and this extends to their leaders as well. In Yoruba communities, it's hard for someone to manipulate or control others. The Painful Sinerio
Nigerian politicians don't seem to be concerned, even if we go on strike for a long time, like 11 months or even a year. This is because their own children don't attend schools in Nigeria. About 90% of their children study abroad and complete most of their education there. So, there are serious worries among Nigerians who are advocating for higher salaries in cities due to their tireless efforts, leaving a student to spend 6years doing a course of 4years.. infact, Nigeria edilucational system is worthy calling a scam I swear.
What Needs to Change
The problems in the Nigerian education system can be solved. To fix them, Nigeria needs to:
Appoint Qualified Leaders: Nigeria needs leaders who understand the value of education and can create a more inclusive system.
Recognize and Promote Talent: Recognizing and supporting the country's brightest minds can lead to more innovation in education.
Focus on Technological Advancements: Embracing new technologies and methods can improve the education system, making it easier for everyone.

While education in Nigeria faces big challenges, we must understand that the issue isn't education itself but how it's seen and managed in different communities tribes
By addressing these differences and focusing on exclusive way forward-thinking policies, Nigeria can bridge the gap and fully use its people's potential. Education in Nigeria doesn't have to be a scam; it can become a source of hope for a brighter future.
