So What is The Author of The Week About?
The Author of the Week is about selecting every week four great contents shared from our weekly prompt in the community for you to check out, engage and vote for your best contest through polls on Hive from leofinance threads. This way, we encourage authors to be active and be the best in their content creation.
How Would The Initiative Run?
- 4 Posts would be selected from the weekly prompt questions
- Every Thursday night, we would be sharing announcements for the selected authors
- Polls would be drawn on Leo threads to choose your best Author
- 60% reward of that weekly post would be distributed between Most Popular Author & Best Author of the Week

Three meals for $1 / day total. Doing the impossible
In this post, @terganftp talks about food and how we all can get it cheap. He made a really detailed post on some of the meals he eats and how he gets them cheap, some even lasting for as long as a year. It's a very lengthy post with as much information as one would want when it comes to this matter of food.
When asked what app we would all like to create some day, @shawnnft tells us about his PETS app that surprisingly has nothing to do with pets. PETS which stand for Pay, Exchange, Transfer, Store would be used mainly for finance. It's a really interesting post that y'all should take a look at.
Beyond Sight and Sound: Introducing ScentSync and the Future of Scent Communication
@olujay has an interesting idea for an app he would like to create himself, an app he calls ScentSync. According to him, the main feature of the app would be being able to send the scent of your perfume or aroma of your meal to the other person at the end of your ScentSync app. It's a very interesting app that we think we should have.

I voted for @saydie for author of the week. It was a tough choice but I think his story was interesting. I was stuck between this or the food one hehe
My vote went to @terganftp because although your text is long, it writes well, and that made me read the entire content. In addition, he gives interesting details on how to buy cheap food in addition to sharing his recipe.
Voted @saydie , he made a very clear point and behavior, and that is honesty, being confident, and bold to say the truth of of cause you are innocent.
