Good day everyone! This is going to be 12th week of the Hive Learners Prominent Author Of The Week campaign.
So What is The Prominent Author of The Week About?
The aim of the Prominent Author of the Week is to reward five great contents of authors shared from our weekly prompts in the community. This way, we get to encourage authors to be more active and try to be the best they can be in their content creation.
How Would The Initiative Run?
- 5 Posts/Authors would be selected from the weekly prompts (including creative sunday posts) every week
- Every Thursday night, we would be sharing announcements for the five winning authors
- All five selected authors would be rewarded with 1 Hive each
The importance of being a journalist
This author, @xlety, tells us what they do for a living. They also go further to give us an insight to their job and how they were able to work their way up to get to where they are now. They give lots of information on how they carry out their day to day activity at work and also tell us what other job they would love to do if they weren't working at where they're currently working.
Maintaining Service Levels & Extending Support to customer
This author, @rosecane also talks about his job and how he's had to quit in the past but always ended up coming back to it and now he's a manager at his place of work, supervising other people and making sure they do their jobs right.

This author, @emrysjobber talks about the educational system in Nigeria and how it has deteriorated during the years. The author tells us of the many benefits students had back in the days we're entitled to and how all that made learning a lot easier, compared to education of today where it's all just stress and hardship, all thanks to corrupt leaders.
This author, @jahanzaibanjum teaches us a recipe he calls Mutton Paya ( Mutton Trotters). In this post, the author made sure to go into details, explaining everything we might want to know about this dish and also carefully explaining all of the steps involved in making this dish perfect.
A Vegan and Gluten free Holiday with Pan fried Eggplant!
This author, @preeti also shares a recipe with us, one she had learned from her sister in-law and had to try it at home. As expected, she documented every step of the procedure taken to make this recipe, making it easy for anyone to recreate if they want to.
