Today's world is quite more sophisticated than any other age or time in history as there are far more luxurious experiences, technological advancement and civilization that is ever seen.
From Afro and pop music to social media to Internet and all types of food and amazing wines and drinks, urban lifestyles, A-class vehicles and automated houses even branded wears and shoes all over and around us yet there are still historical events that are unique that many of us wished we experienced or that they happened in our time.
In choosing from the many historical events I'll like to witness in person it has to be the TOWER OF BABEL for me.

I believe this was where everything changed, atleast according to the Bible which i believed.
It was at this tower of babel that God altered the story of man kind. I can't imagine speaking English and suddenly tongue twisted to isoko language😂 very crazy scene it would have been.
I would have loved to witness what it's like. What actually had happened, the reactions of people with their new developed utterances and what happened afterward like how the people moved on, where did they moved to and how were they able to identity their language person.
It's really an interesting scenerio and one that entails an endless cycle of questions.
The tower of babel was my most interesting Bible story when I was young anyways because i couldn't just wrap my head around the narration of the event in the bible and i usually ask my teachers questions about it so to witness such a historical scene would have been thrilling for me.
Also, the event at the tower of babel leaves an everlasting mark on man kind as narrated in the Bible. As narrated in GENESIS 11:1-9. The people gathered to erect a grand tower that will reach the heavens and make a name for themselves. God saw that with such attitude and men over ambitions they could do whatsoever it is they desired. So he confounded their language and spread them around.
Tower of babel lessons are many and I'm going to highlight my top three lessons below:*
## To Fear God and put him first
The bible says in Proverbs 9:10 that THE FEAR OF GOD IS THE BEGINNING OF WISDOM. When we fear God we put him first in every situation abd he always comes through no matter the circumstances especially when we believe in him. More also, when we fear God and put him first we don't tend to take action that seems we want to take his place or compare ourselves to him as if we can do anything by our power for this always provoke God and also leads to destruction as it happened to the people at the tower of babel.
##To Put God in our plan
No building can be erected without a permission to build so also our plan cannot materialise without God's hand in it. From what happened at the tower it's evident that we all need God go ahead in our lives and endeavour so as to achieve success.
##That God is an all forgiven God
Humans are born of sin from generation to generation and this was because of another gigantic event that happened in the garden of eden. Even though God hate sin yet his love for we humans knows no bound and that's why he gave his only begotten son to die for us so we can unite with him again. With this he managed to altered the timeline again and gave us hope such that even though we have diverse languages we can still communicate easily as this being corrected when Jesus disciples were made to speak in tongues at the upper room and people who heard the hear them speak in their dialect and from there the confusion of tongue was lifted and somehow we today can now communicate.
In summary, the tower of babel is a turning point in human race and so important that some of us would have loved to witness how this unfold with our eye. It's also beautiful that some of this event carries important message for us to live our lifes as well as bring us assurance of hope for our future.
