Chana Chat with yogurt for lunch cravings also for creative-sunday

Hello hi guys how are you greetings to all of you and welcome to my blog. Hope you guys all are well and making amazing artwork for the community. I am also here with my new creativity also related to creative-sunday in @hivelearners. I made Chana Chat with yogurt for lunch cravings 🤤. I prepared it in just one hour. It's very delicious and simple chat. We can make also this chat without yogurt using spices. I want to share my recipe of chat with all of you. First I will tell the ingredients and spices. So let's start the process.

Ingredients

Potato

White and black chickpeas

Red kidney beans

Onions

Tomato

Green chillies

Yogurt

Green coriander

Cucumber

Spices

Salt

Black pepper

Chat masala

Process

First I put black and white chickpeas and red kidney beans in the water for 4 hours. After 4 hours I washed potatoes then I put black and white chickpeas and red kidney beans and potatoes in the pressure cooker. I boiled whole ingredients.

Then I cut potatoes into pieces. I also cut cucumber green chillies onions and tomato into small pieces.

Now I added boiled red kidney beans black and white chickpeas in the cut potatoes. Then I also added cut onions cucumber green chillies and tomato. On it I spread salt chat masala and black pepper.

Later on I mixed whole ingredients and spices. At the last I spread yogurt layer . I garnished with green coriander and again spread chat masala.

So my lunch cravings Chana Chat is ready for eating and also for final look.
