Barcelona will travel to San Mames on Saturday to take face Athletic Bilbao in their first away game of the season. They will be looking to make it two wins out of two and will be hoping to continue the same sort of form they showed in their first league game against Real Sociedad as Nou Camp. Marc-Andre ter Stegen, Ousmane Dembele, Ansu Fati, and Philippe Coutinho will miss the match due to injury, but youngster Oscar Mingueza might return in the squad.

As Stegen is injured, Neto will continue between the sticks for Barca. Barca’s first scorer of the season Gerard Pique might miss the because of a small injury. Koeman does have many options if Pique decides not to play this match. Eric Garcia, Ronald Araujo, Oscar Mingueza, and Clement Lenglet are the options. Sergino Dest and Jordi Alba will fulfill the full-back slots.

Barcelona manager Ronald Koeman will not change his trusted mid-field trio. Busquets, Pedri, and Frenkie de Jong will play in the midfield. Koeman also have plenty of options in the hand. Nico Gonzalez, Gavi and Yusuf Demir are the options for Koeman. Riqui Puig hopefully will get some minutes to play, as he was an unused substitute last weekend. He is attracting interest from many clubs this summer but he does not want leave.

Barcelona attack looked in a great shape in their first match without Lionel Messi, Memphis Depay, Martin Braithwaite and Antoine Griezmann should start in the front three. Antoine Griezmann has a good record against Athletic Bilbao. Eyes will be on him to see if he can deliver once again. FC Barcelona played a pretty enjoyable match against Real Sociedad, they will surely try to keep that momentum against Athletic Bilbao.
