My screen time is 100x then everyone i know. This is so nice to read that you overcom this addiction. I am trying this too. We can also overcome this habit by using a bit less then the previous day.

Damn, you spend a lot of time in front of screens haha, reading is really good and then there's nowhere to run, screens will be our reading companions.
One day or another it's good to take a break, get away from the computer and cell phone for a while. Thanks for the comment!
