Which food I like the most

Good Evening, My dear friends of Hive Learners community. This is week 19 and edition 1 of Hive learners contests. Today is monday and my 1st post of this week and the topic of this post is Natural vs Processed Food.

Dear friends, food is an important necessity of our life. Without food we can never survive, it is because of food that we are healthy.


There are various foods in our daily life, some foods are very good for our health and some are bad and can spoil our health.


In our life there are natural and processed food. Now I will tell you which food is very dear to me and I like it so much. I like natural food.


Friends, for most people, hearing the words natural foods conjures up images of health stores and strict vegan lifestyle choices.


But, in essence, the term refers to any food that is minimally processed, whose ingredients come from natural sources, and has little or no artificial additives or preservatives added to it before consumption.

And by far, eating a diet rich in natural foods is the healthiest and best nutritional decision you can ever make.


Consuming whole and unprocessed foods such as vegetables, fruits, meats, whole grains, and non-uniform dairy products has tremendous health benefits because they are nutrient dense and contain fewer additives than highly processed foods.


For example, whole wheat-based bread is healthier than bread made with white flour, potatoes are more nutritious than potato chips, and oranges can't be put on the same pedestal as convenience store oranges.


Natural foods are high in vitamins, minerals, amino acids, good carbohydrates, water, fiber, fatty acids and more. All of these are essential for optimal human nutrition.


Natural foods can help regulate blood sugar levels, lower cholesterol, reduce the risk of heart disease, prevent diabetes, accelerate weight loss, and get you in the best physical and mental shape of your life. So these are the reasons that attracts me to eat natural food.

Wow... eating natural food sure has a lot of benefits. There was a time I used to think that food was only to stave off hunger. I know better now😂
