Hola amigos de Hive. Esta es mi entrada para el Weekly Featured Contents Week 01- Edition 03, cuyo tema es “PRESIDENTE POR UN DÍA”. En realidad nunca he tenido el deseo de serlo, es más creo y estoy muy convencida que es un papel muy difícil de llevar. Así que por el contrario no me gustaría estar en esa posición, por eso este reto no se me hace fácil. En muchas ocasiones e incluso ahora se me ha hecho muy difícil tomar algunas decisiones, las cuales afectarán mi vida personal, entonces tomar decisiones por una nación entera entonces es una labor colosal.
Además, por más buenas intenciones o capacidad que tenga un Presidente, él no está solo y sus decisiones son tomadas bajo una multitud de consejeros. En estos puestos y en la política en general, abunda la ambición, corrupción y egoísmo, lo cual hace todo más difícil. Por eso desde el inicio de la historia “el hombre ha dominado al hombre para su propio mal” ¹.
Pero pensando en una situación utópica, donde estas malas inclinaciones no existieran, aún sería difícil tomar estas decisiones. Pero voy a tratar de eliminar las barreras mentales y las que existen en la realidad para poder plasmar lo que desde mi punto de vista serán las mejores 3 cosas que deberían hacer un presidente, o yo, en el caso de que “tuviera” 😖 que serlo por un día.

De hecho, esto me acabo de hacer recordar, un lugar en el mundo que no recuerdo ahorita su nombre, donde el visitante pagando una cantidad de dinero puede ser “Presidente por un día”. Eso lo vi en un video de YouTube, pero estoy tratando de encontrarlo sin éxito alguno. Además como presidente puede promulgar alguna ley que será real. Claro, para esto debe presentar una propuesta con anticipación la cual será evaluada y aprobada de ser factible, para ser promulgada su día como presidente.
Yo vivo en Venezuela, y este reto se hace más complicado porque desde hace algunos años la crisis nos ha arropado desde muchos ángulos diferentes. Por diferentes razones, en especial durante los últimos años, se han cerrado empresas grandes que surtían gran parte de nuestras necesidades de consumo en algunos rubros y ofrecía grandes fuentes de empleo. Además de esto, la regulación fiscal ha sido una gran carga para las empresas que se mantienen a flote.
➊ Dolarización de la moneda 💲

Nuestra moneda nacional es el Bolívar (Bs.), el cual desde hace unos cuando años atrás ha sufrido devaluación tras devaluación, quitándole ceros a la moneda y emitiendo más instrumentos de dinero (papel moneda o monedas metálicas). Sin embargo, todo a nuestro alrededor se comercializa en dólares. En las empresas privadas incluyendo los comercios pagan y cobran en dólares, hay un dólar oficial y otro paralelo. Así que hay que estar cambiando de una moneda a otra para poder hacer las transacciones comerciales y a diferentes precios. Los sueldos de las instituciones del estado son en Bolívares y su cambio en dólares son tristemente irrisorio. Aunque ya esta semana se indicó un aumento en el salario mínimo que regirá especialmente esas instituciones y se elevó de $1,6 mensuales (aunque usted no lo crea) a $28. Entonces si la moneda se dolariza, esos salarios se verían muy feos y creo que crearía la necesidad de equipararlos y ajustarlos a la realidad. Así como que facilita cada una de las transacciones comerciales a las que haya lugar.

➌ Promover la inversión 📈

Sería necesario impulsar la inversión tanto nacional como extranjera. Que invirtiera capital, produjera insumos necesarios y generará fuentes de empleos bien pagados y con beneficios no solo económicos, sino de salud y otra índole. Para ello entran en juego otras políticas necesarias, en especial la fiscal que haga atractiva la inversión.

But thinking of a utopian situation, where these bad inclinations did not exist, it would still be difficult to make these decisions. But I am going to try to eliminate the mental barriers and those that exist in reality to be able to express what, from my point of view, will be the best 3 things that a president should do, or me, in the event that he “had” 😖 be for a day.
