Huhmmm, indeed the first quarter of the year 2025 is behind us and it felt like January was just yesterday, but seriously, this is April. Of a truth, time actually waits for no one, it keeps in going and going. When the year started, I had a lot of hope, I had goals and I wrote them down, I told my year, this year is significant, the age I will be clocking is significant also, I told my self this is the year I will make big moves and sacrifice whatever I can just to grow. I prayed and did all I could, but to be sincere, presently, the journey has not exactly followed the route I mapped out.
With all those things I have written down, by this time I should have ticked at least three big wins, I should have been able to post on my WhatsApp status and caption iit..."And GOD Did", instead, it has not been so, I have just been seeing that God can actually do, it might not just me immediately. There have been delays, financial issues, unexpected bills, canceled plans, and moments where I questioned everything I was once so sure about.
I had to pause and review my goals, redraft and all, not that I've been lazy or unserious, but we all know life, it will always show up, it will always come around, but I’ve learned that growth takes time, it doesn't always happen so suddenly, sometimes it comes with quiet persistence, daily effort, and the courage to keep showing up even when the results aren't visible.
Emotionally, I’ve had it too, dome friendships are gone, some shiftings and driftings has occurred, people I thought I couldn’t go a day without now feel like strangers. There was a time I used to take things like that personally, but now I understand that life has a way of rearranging things, reshuffling the cards and removing those ones that are only occupying space.
Also, just like I usually do to, being there for people, inspiring and motivating them, there are times I need it too, even if its just an...how are you doing, are you really okay....just someone to really care. I have issues too, I'm not always good, things are not always fine, I don’t want to be remembered for how perfect I seemed online, but for how deeply I cared and how real I kept things.
Financially, things have been tight. Here in Nigeria, nobody is smiling, the issue with finance/money is a topic if not a course in its own, there are times I calculate small things like purewater, as if it were a mansion. Though in all these, I’ve seen small breakthroughs, there have been side hustles, I have seen stranger blessing me unexpectedly, here on hive too, its been different, have been growing and all. Life is actually tough, but God has been scattering small little miracles to keep me afloat,( just like my nickname implies... Milliracle- Million Little Miracles), and those have kept my hope alive.
2025 so far has not been what I pictured. Its been a mix of everything, off days, win days, sad and broke days, happy and comfortable ones, all join, I’ve cried, I’ve laughed, I’ve questioned, I've grown, I've moved and I’ve believed again. I may not have been where I planned, but I know I’m where I’m meant to be....growing. This is just the first quarter, I ain't kosimg hope yet, who knows what the rest of the year still holds.

Ohhhh I hope so financial issues will solved for you but overall the economy is disturb. Just hope for the best day's and maybe the remaining 2025 will like that what you picture.....
