I've been so lazy to put my week's activity into writing regarding the Dreemport challenge until now and I'm glad I'm able to. The week ran very fast and I must say it is one of my productive weeks.
On Monday, I made a decision to join the challenge by registering my name on the designed certificate to show my interest. One major reason for my joining was to at the very least get people who would watch me achieve my goals... Maybe I need the push to get things done.
I want to really thank @dreemsteem and others behind this amazing idea to make lot of us set and achieve our goals, I can already imagine how different things would be by the end of the 6 weeks. If well followed, I could add more flesh to my lean body by the end of the challenge 😂
For this week, we are required to follow the chart and honestly, it was harder than I had thought... I mean they were activities I do before the challenge started but I some sort of laziness made it a bit difficult for me through the week. Well, it won't be same next week because I believe it would get easier as time goes on.
5 Mins Meditation/Breathing/Prayer
I can't remember the last time I took time out to do a breathing exercise and of course I didn't do that through the week either.
I am one who don't joke with my prayer time so the task was a pass for me without much effort or any procrastination. I prayed every morning when I woke up and made sure to do same before going to bed.
Meditation happens to me almost all the time, I unconsciously do it sometimes but this week's own was very much consciously because I remember keeping my phone (a major distraction) away and lied down for some minutes without falling asleep or getting up... That counts right?
32 Oz of Water
I actually remembered this task late on Monday but that didn't mean I failed to do my task, you needed to see me carrying out my Monday's task 😂 I just kept on drinking water till I couldn't breathe fine, I ate very little dinner that day because I took too much water.
And for the rest days till today, I've been spacing it really fine and drinking enough water... I think it went past the 30 Oz because it has been really hot since last week over here.
20 Mins Physical Activity
I went on different walks through the week and it was so much fun for me. Normally, I would take vehicles to some places but to complete this part of the tasks, I made sure to take walks instead.

15 Mins Towards Personal Goal
For the purpose of task, I decided to set a goal of adding more flesh to my body 😂 I know you'll laugh when you read this but that's a fact about me, I'm a bit too lean for my liking. Maybe by the end of the challenge, I should be looking more fleshy and a bit round 🤣
To achieve this goal, through the week I made sure to eat my meals at the right time... Took lots of fruits and also took pictures to keep track of my present shape. I would appreciate any suggestions to add more flesh please 🥺

Can I really start listing out all the other activities I did through the week? They were so many and that is why I say my week was very productive.
For the last task, I have been submitting posts to Dreemport and this would be my last post for the week so tasks completed!!!

What goal/gift/ability/talent have you been procrastinating on developing?
I have so many times procrastinated seeing myself face a video camera to sing for an audience. Honestly, I see this as a major challenge that seem really hard to do even within the next 6 weeks but... There is a but.

Can I say I've discovered this talent yet? Is it even a talent? 😬 I'm not sure but one thing is for sure, I feel in love with the idea of facing the camera when I saw how confident ladies look in them in the likes of @dreemsteem @peaq and @khaleesii
How do you plan to grow this year (specifically the next 6 weeks)
Through the week, I watched a few videos from ladies who make videos on Hive... It's so fascinating how they do it so freely, and I really wish to be one of them soon so here I am learning from the best I know.
I also did some rehearsals with my phone video camera and I found myself laughing while singing most of the times facing my camera 😂 this is really not going to be easy but I'm not planning to stop the learning process so I'm gonna get there soon.
And that's it for this week, I try again next week and do it even better 🙂

I'm not really sure how to do that. I know that if you have a fast metabolism, it can be so difficult to gain weight. I wish mine would be faster so that I can burn it up hahahahaha
but as you're gaining, i'll try to be losing this challenge! we can encourage one another hehehehehe
