I feel it can be done to support people, I don’t think it should be a crime, only time it can be a crime is when it will take the person live.
for example having two kidney. Selling one out and remaining one the person can still survive or aspect of lungs, but when it comes to Heart, or other stuffs, they should be a crime because it requires survival and could cause death.
