I saw different post from the other platform where I am active.
And a noodles lover ,it makes me to crave it.
We called it pancit (noodles)and there are some different ways on cooking it and different menu as well.
Pancit is always present in our table during any celebration and some people I've known told me before not to pick pancit coz we always eat that lol .
In celebration where there are many foods ,we will pick that food that we didn't try to eat to we can eat not more often.
But for me ,I first pick the pancit as I will try to taste on how delicious is it.I did it to let me know what's make their pancit especial lol!
Anyway ,enough for that long introduction.
After seeing this pancit this morning ,it makes me to crave it ,so after we attend the Sunday mass ,I bought 1 pack of noodles but since it's a low budgeted recipe ,I didn't bought a meat for it.
Aside of the noodles I bought ,I also bought 1 pack of ham and hotdog.So I decided to use the ham for this recipe.
How did I prepare it?
I first prepared the spices I needed like onion ,garlic,bell pepper and onion leaves.
And sliced the ham into a small pieces.
I also prepared a cooking oil ,soysauce ,black pepper and salt to taste.
While I heated the pan ,I wash the noodles with clean water.
When the pan is hot ,I added a little amount of oil and fried the slice ham and set aside after it is cooked.
Then I saute the spices I prepared.
When I smelled the aromatic smell of the spices ,I added the noodles and stir it then added soy sauce and 2 cups of water and waited to cooked.
When the sauce is thick and the noodles is already cooked ,add the fried slice ham and sprinkle it onion leaves.
For a better taste ,add lemon and serve while it's hot!
In this recipe I cooked for our lunch was I spent only more than $1 and it's enough for five persons.
