How do you view addiction?

The word "addiction" depends on you and how you think about it. Friends, any bad thing starts with bad friends or stress - these are the two reasons why choice begins. The general meaning of "choice" is that you play with your body for two minutes of fun. To lighten your mind and reduce your stress, you develop an addiction that continues to play with your body in the form of an addiction. That's where your illness begins. The addiction can be of any kind, be it gaming, cigarettes, tobacco. It starts like this - once you start it, if it keeps running in your mind every day, it doesn't take long to turn into a disease. You can lose your strength because of it.

Should it be seen as a choice or a disease?

Of course, what is a choice? You smoked a cigarette for two minutes for pleasure, you used tobacco. That was a choice. If your mind decides not to smoke from tomorrow, that's great, then I can call it a choice. But the human mind distorts this thought; I've seen this in 99% of cases. Here, you will do the same thing again tomorrow.

Example: You went to a tea stall with your friends. They smoked cigarettes with tea. You went there again, then thought everyone was smoking cigarettes with tea. I'd try it today too. But you said, "Okay, but I won't get addicted to it." This is a choice. Then you went back to the tea stall the next day and smoked tea and cigarettes again, meaning you've formed a habit. Tobacco is a disease; it gives rise to illness. You'll see that many young people get cancer right now and lose their lives. I see choice as a disease.

How do you manage and overcome your addiction?

How you think about any addiction affects you. Imagine you're smoking cigarettes, but you're smoking once every two or three days. You say, "I just smoke like that, I'm not addicted to it. I'll quit when I feel like it." You don't take it seriously, and your habit will never go away. If you smoke once every two or three days, meaning you're smoking but haven't quit yet, it's an addiction.

If you think, "I'm smoking too many cigarettes every day, I'm addicted, and I have to quit somehow," then this is your thinking about your body. You're serious about your life. You'll think about how to quit this disease. You'll go to a doctor, get treatment, and your addiction will be cured. This is a game of your mind. The way you think about it is fine. You'll think, "It's okay, nothing will happen to me," but then you'll have problems later. When you think that I have left it, then you will be able to come out of this addiction.

Conclusion

Addiction is a time for people to enjoy. People become slaves to this addiction over time. They surrender their bodies to it and this addiction one day turns into a disease and eats away their bodies. So friends, you should come out of it. People lose their self-confidence after a disease like cancer. So you have to understand it yourself. Today most of the people have become addicted to cigarettes, tobacco and drugs. People even die because of not getting these drugs, so friends, always keep your mind stable, if I don't want to do it, it means I won't do it, only then you can give up any addiction.
