Hmmmm, suicide is becoming alarming in our society today. Atimes I see the rich committing suicide too and I will be like kilode? What is it again when you are comfortable but then, I have come to realize that a lot of people commit suicide for so many reasons, some can be that life inst fair to them just the way you explained above and host other reasons?
Whatever the case may be, if I come in contact with anyone with a suicidal mission, I will do the following :
Ask direct questions...if I am lucky to obtain a reason answers from the person ....then
I will offer support, this might be financial support or anything suitable at that point to save a life.
I will also build a kind of support network, people that will attend to the victim so quick to expand the solution.
I will encourage the victim to communicate with me sooooo often, this is to reduce such suicidal thoughts to some extent and for me to track his next move.
Finally, I will let him know that I won't keep his suicidal mission secret from his family members, maybe he will reflect a bit a have a rethink. However, I wouldn't judge him for any of his reasons for wanting to commit suicide.
You see, in this category of people you discussed above, their minds might be made up already, so motivation may not give a reasonable result but some step of action and that's my basis of the suggestions above!

Wow! This is great. Giving a suicide victim lots of attention would help them being occupied from thinking of suicide.
Yeah such things should not be hidden from their family and so their family should learn to take the info with care and try to give out more attention and support to the victim.
This is a real fair solution.
