We have some people who are addicted to their phones even during family time they will still be pressing their phones, if we are having family time we should put down our phones or better still off our phones so that we can enjoy our family time by making memories, etc.

Yes, if we are too addicted to using a mobile phone then we can switch off our phone during family events. Otherwise we can keep it on silent and when needed badly in a family event we can use it.
