Assalamu Alaikum. how are you all By the grace of Allah, everyone is very well, I am also well, today I will share with you how vata vita is made with patali made of date juice in winter time. You will love this food tutorial today. So let's begin.

Food Tutorial Processing:

  • Patali
  • Flour
  • water
  • Salt
  • pot
  • A piece of thin cloth

First, flour is taken in a bowl. After mild turmeric warm water is given. Light curd should be mixed with warm water and flour to form a fine paste, then it will be easy to make steamed pita. You can see how I kneaded the dough with hot water.

The most special ingredient of Vapa Pitha is the date juice patali. You can see that I cut the patali into pieces. You have to cut the patali in the same way and of course if you want to skip it then you can use sugar and also gourd can take anything sweet like that.

Next you need a small steamed pita bowl. In the bowl first add a little bit of flour and then put a piece in it. Finally, the dough should be kneaded again on the surface in the same way. Then your pita will be beautiful as well as taste good.

Place your bowl between a piece of cloth and lift the bowl. Then your steamed pita is almost done. Then fill a pot with water beforehand and close it with a lid. Dum Biryani is prepared in the same way the lid should be covered with flour. Then the bhav rises upwards and the lid has a search which is used for making vapa pitar.

And you can see that vapa pitha is like this dum cat with the pithas on top and covered with a lid so that the pithas are boiled for steaming the bean. And Vapa pitha is made exactly like this, since the name of the pitha is Vapa pitha, it is made with steam. Steamed pita is very tasty. It will take a short time of two to three minutes before the pithas will turn into pithas with the help of steam.

Finally my steamed pitha is done. You can see that the pita is made with the help of it and the red is visible in the middle because it is the palm juice patali. And because of this sweet, this pitha is much more delicious and this pitha is more popular during winters. I like pithas very much and since the fathers are made after a long time that is why the pithas are more tasty.
