In fact, at the present time, if we cannot change our thinking at this time, we will be far behind. Especially now we have to move forward at the same pace. We don't have time to see who is male or female. I think since everyone has energy in their body and everyone has to create the mindset to work and by using that energy we have to constantly engage ourselves in different activities. Then I think it is possible to wish success to every family.
However, even a few years ago, many people didn't think much about these things and there was a lot of Criticism in them, especially gender discrimination. I think it is wise not to think like Hippocrates at this time. Thinking like this, I think we have to lag behind everywhere and we will never see the face of development.
However, such Hippocratic mentality is still seen in many places. I personally think that if such a mentality cannot be avoided, then something really good is never possible.
When I go on occasional trips to rural areas for special work, when I see that both men and women are involved in agricultural work in the field, it attracts me because I think they are successful in their endeavors and I think they will succeed everywhere. It will continue to happen anyway. I noticed a few days ago that I think everyone should move forward in every task without discriminating between men and women and make sure that everyone can do the right thing.
Honestly, now is the time to change yourself and change your mindset to form a smooth mindset. Because a smooth mindset eliminates gender discrimination so that everyone can work together in every field of work, starting from agricultural work, they can play a leading role in any kind of work. I think such a mindset should be created. Then we can do something good and our economic prosperity will come back and our life will move towards development.
