Greetings, everyone!
I'm so happy to participate in this week's edition. Yesterday was hectic for me because of my work and it was my first time resuming as a youth corper with my boss. It was a nice experience but was stressful because I needed to know where my office was located, and we all waited to see our commandant before we went. Returning home I was exhausted and worn out.

Today, I will talk about that particular thing that has been difficult to grasp.
First, I want to start by saying that, I was a complete computer novice when I started Hive Blockchain. There are some things that I didn't get right, upon explanation from my boss, the things didn't enter my head. I tried so hard to gain mastery in operating computers but there was no way, so I kept on pushing till I gained mastery and understanding of what I was doing with my laptop, today I can use it with ease but not everything that I can use it for, I'm still learning other parts of it as well.
The shouting I received when I learned the basics of computers was so much, and at the same, it was as if my head was too heavy to contain or retain the information passed to me by my teacher. Oh, God! At times, I would sit on my laptop and recall what I went through before I gained mastery of operating my system, and I decided to thank God for everything. It's a story that I will share with my children when they come.
Another one that gave me difficulty grasping is my course at the University, which was phonemic analysis. This course was like mathematics, with big signs and calculations that I didn't even understand. My lecturer would explain and it would come out from the other side of my ear 😂😂.
It became a serious matter that I needed to do something about before we started the examination; I needed to understand and work it myself because, on the day of the exam, nobody would be there to help me out. So I decided to be committed and determined to learn and know it for myself. I went for extra time with my colleagues to make sure I understood the course well. By God's Grace, I understood the course with the mathematical equation and I made it during the exam.
This was a great experience for me from the start to the end, and my determination led me to my understanding of the course, and I came out with good grades. Even if I'm asked to explain the course, I would do it with joy.
Overall, In everything we are doing, we have to go through the process, it's through the process that we will be shaped and molded into the right knowledge and apply it well to our best use.
Experience is the best teacher and a good platform to share your own experience and knowledge when called upon.

😂😂 I totally get you. I was so bad with physics that all my jamb quiz were so bad so I put effort into it, when I wrote jamb I couldn't believe it was the highest even better than biology.
😂😂 yes ooo. We saw and conquered. All the way it was successful.
The funny thing about learning some skill is that, what comes easy for you to learn might be difficult for others vice versa. I never had any issue learning how to use a computer, it was as easy as operating an android phone for me. But ask me to come and ride a bicycle, then you will wonder why something that looks so simple can be difficult to learn for some people.
I had a similar experience with statistics in higher institution but what i did then was, i managed to convince my mind that it wasn't difficult and that was it. I discover that, most times when we find something too difficult to learn, it is because we have convinced our minds that it is too difficult to learn.
That's the truth when we say, 'You can do it. Definitely, you will do it well. But when you conclude by saying, I can't, it will turn out to be difficult.
It's better if you place your mind so perfectly om what you are doing or else you may not be able to get it right. You were supposed to learn that course perfectly with the aid of your teacher, but somehow, you failed to learn just because of your mind.

😂😂😂 it was difficult ma'am. But I made up my mind to understand the course.
I actually ran away from commercial class because of accounting and maths but today and studying accounting itself because I said to myself I can do it. Not easy but achievable.
Our words are powerful and we need to careful a bit. Determination and commitment are the keys to success. Thank you
