Greetings, everyone

To begin with, monetizing social media isn't the worst platform to create content and earn from it. It's a good place to be where you can stay in the comfort of your home and earn your money without hanging a bag or dressing corporately for the office and waiting for the monthly salary. But it is so sad that monetizing social media amplifies the spread of fake news for money's sake, which is not proper and, in turn, misleads people.

However, platforms like Facebook, X, TikTok, and others platforms majorly amplify the spread of fake news in our present world. We are in a world where we prioritize virality over truth. The way this information is presented is very sensational and emotional, causing traction to like, share, and follow; not knowing is false information. A few months ago, news went viral about a popular artist known as Paw-paw, who had passed away in a motor accident, I was confused, and my face became teary as I read through the content about his death. People had already shared, liked, commented, and gotten a lot of traction. I was perplexed that someone used a popular actress to spread bad news to make money. People on social media are insane about spoiling people's reputations or images, just in the name of making money. I later found out that it was fake information.

Nevertheless, you can still create positive content, orally or written, and it can be a blessing to someone's life, and by this, it goes viral and monetized the way you want it. I know people need money, and they want it as fast as they want to sort life.

The social media platform is a place where we can explore and create meaningful content that will inspire and motivate viewers to like and follow with ease. Or a story can be shared online and it impacts people's lives and brings moral lessons.

The spread of wrong information should be minimized and authenticated. Monetizing social media can be done without the spread of wrong information.

Wrong videos, wrong images, and others posted to monetize the platform. When a man's life is built with false, his life will evolve around false and lies that will lead him to doom.

It's good to make money on social media, but it shouldn't be built on lies, and it's true that people easily get drawn to information that will not add meaning to their lives. Acting real, people would recommend us to play a more vital part that will be viral.

If there's a way technology can scrap out false content in Nigeria's social media and other parts of the world, there would be more ideal knowledge and creativity in many of our content creators. What you post on media tells the world what you are made up of. Someone who creates false information on his or her social media handle is a thief and such a person doesn't deserve special treatment from anyone.

I really agree with this, there should be a measure put in place to curb every form of irregularities in the social media space, people should be penalized for their Abuse.

Ciertamente la monetización de las redes sociales ha creado la forma en que el dinero se mueve, y tiene su lado positivo.
