Sometimes the government needs to come into the matter of how some people bring innocent children into the world, some families don't mind having ten children which will eventually affect the population of the country because if everyone should have it that way then, the world won't contain us again.

Yes...there must be some level of balance that parents needd to think. T may be with families and relatives....andbliving style. Just assume a kid grows alone and later find Noone near to be called as relative....having a complete family is alwsys spectacular.
