Sometimes it feels like a lesson whenever you fall a victim and wished you reversed your steps. Any form of regret i find yourself in, I always learn from it knowing fully well that I cannot press the undo button so learn and make sure it never loops.
Your case with a friend was bad tho, and if I was putting on your shoes i could tell it out to such a Friend what he had done and how I feel about it if he values our friendship and still want us!.
I actually happen to be the kind of guy that won't say anything when I get offended by a friend.. I just withdraw myself from them quietly.
