I like your perspective on this.
But in countries with extreme misuse of power and wealth, where it seems as though the law is now in the hands of those who are in power and has lot of money, vigilantism can be a big help. We only need to know that it's not comic or movies, it's real life. Setting up secret organisations and or macenaries to fight against injustice and bring back order.
It can also be done by offering provision of what's missing without going against the law. For instance, building hospitals, schools, job employments, etc.
