Greetings everyone
My presentation to share today is a very popular snack. Of course, it is quite tasty as well. I gonna serve cauliflower chop—it is one of my favorites and hopping you like it too.
Ingredients
- Cauliflower
- Beshon
- Salt
- ginger pest
- tasting salt
- Oil
- black pepper
- chli powder
- tarmaric powder
- baking powder

First I took half a cup of bason (powdered pulse)in a bowl and put ginger pest and garlic pest in it.

At this stage, mix turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt, baking powder and water well and leave it for 20 minutes.

In another oven, I added a little more water and some salt inside. When the water boiled a little, I gave the cut cauliflowers inside it. Then after two or three minutes I took the cauliflowers in a sieve and gave them water so that the cauliflowers could not be cooked anymore

Then I mixed the cauliflower with tasting salt and black pepper powder inside BASON and then I mixed it well one by one.

When the oil is heated in another oven, I dip the cauliflower one by one in the fry pan and fry it untill brown.

When they are completely brown and fried, I took them out with a strainer and put them on a plate.
At this stage, my cauliflower chops are ready to eat.
