Recipe of palong shak With shrimp

Hello everyone
I am going to cook palong shak with shrimp today. This is not something excitingly delicious but tasty enough to make it vastly popular in our society.I am sharing my preparation with you all hope you like it.

Ingredients

  • Palong shak―2 bunches
  • Chingri fish―1/2 cup
  • Onion―2 piece
  • Green chili―6 piece
  • Garlic―4 piece
  • Oil―accordingly
  • Salt―accordingly

Work procedure

First I cut and washed the vegetables. Then I put the pan in the oven and put the vegetables inside it.

Then I mixed the onion with green chilli and salt.

After some time of cooking, water came out from inside the shak. I will keep on cooking untill the water dries up.

Then I put another pan in another oven and put oil inside it. When the oil is hot, I add the chopped garlic. I have fried the garlic brown. When it is fried, I have fried it well with the shrimps inside it.

When the fish is fried, I put the vegetables inside it, then stir it and cook for some more time.

Here the cooking is done, I pour the shak into a bowl and serve hot.

The recipe is for hive learners only. I hope you like my recipe .I am saying goodbye here for today, I will come up with another new recipe later.
