Fox is the best definition of good food, i love cooking and i am quite a good cook. I was once a foodie, the fox of many years ago is very much different from the fox of now, i guess this what our parents call maturity and adulthood. Back then i was an heavy eater, I was one hell of a foodie in my younger days, that should be around 5 and 18 years of age, everything changed after I celebrated my 19th birthday, I realized my love for food started reducing and my ability to consume large portions of food gradually started reducing, it was suprising yet quite interesting…
I wasn’t born a cooker but my mum was and is a good cook. Growing up around her and with her was quite fun, interesting yet challenging and hectic for many reasons, my mum is a very disciplined woman, she is the type of person who believes there is no specialized type of chores for any gender, which means a guy can also be a good cook, cooking is not meant for only females…
This was the principle she brought us up with as a child, and till now we are dining and drinking with the principle, thanks to her i became a fan of cooking, which made me a lover of cooked food…
Well, that’s enough intro for y’all, why don’t we delve right into the basics of today’s topic, join me as i preference with you in the next few paragraphs;
THE JOY THAT COMES WITH
MAKING YOUR OWN FOOD…
When it comes to cooking, i love cooking big time and most times i cook my food myself, only on rare occasions would you find my mum in the kitchen preparing my food, she does it once in a while, especially when she comes around during the month…
There is this safety and comfort that comes with preparing your own food, one of the reasons why i love preparing my own food is because of my safety, I value cleanliness big time when it comes to cooking, and when it comes to take out, I can’t really guarantee the cookers level of cleanliness and the environment in which the food was prepared, since it was ordered in…
The only reason why I patronize fast food is because of my laziness sometimes, i don’t really enjoy it because it is most times not really filling unlike self prepared meals…
In summary, i cook my food myself and i sometimes patronize fast foods because of my laziness…
Having a jam packed schedule is a really big challenge, it is literally the only thing that can hinder me from preparing my own food, it won’t be easy to make time for cooking…
Since i can easily afford it, I would make do with fast foods and maybe sometimes make some time to cook myself something differently and homely. I might want a change of tastes…
There are lots of risks attached to making one’s own food with the company of a busy schedule, anything can happen as a result of fatigue, which is why i think i am going to be working with fast foods…
The only thing that makes me rely big time on home cooked foods is because of the hygiene, i love cooking in a clean and conducive environment, i take my hygiene and health seriously, and that is why i mostly prefer home cooked meals…
In summary, the joy that comes with preparing ones own meals is one like no other, the happiness that comes with it knows no bounds, it is indeed a big deal…
In conclusion, i am a big lover of home cooked meals but most times circumstances force me into eating fast foods, but by preference, I would always prefer home cooked meals over fast foods…

Homemade meals are only negotiable when you can’t prepare a particular mean or when you are really busy. I love homemade food but due to the fact that I can’t wake up early enough to cook, I have no other choice but to eat out.
