I didn't understand the rationale of increasing prices on old stocks when prices of new goods increased until recently. Prices should be regulated, it only requires awareness to the consumers by the government established bodies on the regulated prices. In the developee world, i believe that price regulations are effective, the government bodiew responsible for this will only make sure that the prices set are good for the both sides.
