wow from childhood until now it must have been that traumatizing to cause panic attacks until adulthood. I never had frequent power outages when I was young so i can't really relate in this experience. I was fortunately to grow up in california in a pretty good area so maybe this would only happen like once a year at most. Thanks for sharing with us!
