Some private organizations can not give a day off to their workers because they claim, it will affect their productivity,

That's sad that some still think like this. I don't think having a day off is related to productivity anyways that's mostly an individual thing. I think it's up to the person whether they are willing to put the efforts or not and if they are not in a good state then they probably don't have the mood to put in that effort.

Enjoy your holidays O.O. You would love malaysia a lot of school holidays.

    The reason why I detest some organizations like that. There was a time I worked with a private firm, the office assistant was sick and he took 2 days from the management.

    His two days off were deducted from his salary and the guy in question was so angry that he had to quit. After getting permission from the management. They don't just value your health.

    O.O yea the only thing we can do is not join them and if others dont then they have to change to treat their employees better.

    It's good though that he quit he's probably in better hands now!
