Dear my friends

In the past there were those who said "Indonesia" is the land of paradise as a term or a figure of speech, if we go deeper into the nature of Indonesia, we will find that what people in the past said for Indonesia is true, as is the case what I will publish to you today.

this is one type of plant that we can find in the jungles of Indonesia, especially in the tropics, in general this plant will grow in bushes with moist soil conditions, do you know about this plant?

A fern (Polypodiopsida or Polypodiophyta) is a member of a group of vascular plants (plants with xylem and phloem) that reproduce via spores and have neither seeds nor flowers. They differ from mosses and other bryophytes by being vascular, i.e., having specialized tissues that conduct water and nutrients and in having life cycles in which the branched sporophyte is the dominant phase. Ferns have complex leaves called megaphylls, that are more complex than the microphylls of clubmosses. Most ferns are leptosporangiate ferns. They produce coiled fiddleheads that uncoil and expand into fronds. The group includes about 10,560 known extant species. Ferns are defined here in the broad sense, being all of the Polypodiopsida, comprising both the leptosporangiate (Polypodiidae) and eusporangiate ferns, the latter group including horsetails, whisk ferns, marattioid ferns, and ophioglossoid ferns. Since the trend news about the health benefits of consuming ferns, today ferns are starting to become rare plants and in traditional markets they are starting to be sold at higher prices than 5 years ago.

I photographed the fern in one of our family gardens growing alone, in the past the ferns in our garden grew in large numbers, but since people have been hunting and floods have attacked this plant, it has almost become extinct in our garden and we trying to re-cultivate this great plant for human health.
