There is no gurantee of ipo allotment and also getting profits. I have two instances where I allotted tye share but still the sticks were below the offering price....it is quite calculated risk and your luck.

yes that is true there is no guarantee, we are four friends who did apply for the Adani Wilmar OPI but only two of us did get that one and in new few days it did gave a profit of 10k INR
