Bhai, we had quite a bitter expe. Generally rainfall didn't happend in the m/o of July- August during the main farming season....butbit delayed to sept/Oct. Most the seeds sowed were spoiled and as farmers made manual effort fir sowing. By the time happened few farmer able to sowed again and able to grow crops.
If there could be an instrument to detect actual rainfall then there will be a good farming....(hope I make sense)
But I noticed that the Rainfall is going down with each passing year. The amount of rain Chennai used to get in the previous year was heavy and now extreme climate.
I think we need Green Revolution 2.0 to beat this situation. With financial aid from Govt and infrastructure, this can be done. There are methods to tackle such issues but everything needs money for a solution.
Agar paisa ho to dessert mein bhi kheti kar de rahe hain log.
Lets hope that nature is kind enough to help the poor out.
Dubai can be a good model. ... 🙂 the climate change has slowly affecting the nature. The inadequate rainfall is one such example, two years in a row can't be fluke. Let's see how government look after this

And the one who is thinking about the future course of action is struggling to get support from anyone.
Sad thing is jab Tak koi badi aapada nahi aati tab Tak koi dhyan nahi deta.

Kisan fasal bima This is what govt is on offering. And it takes more than 3 years to get the money. Few of my families received 2018 insurance amount at beginjng of this year.
Bhai 3years is a very long time.
Not practical at all. Arey Aaj jab zarurat hain tab help nahi kar ke 3saal baad help aagegy to kya matlab hain uska. Wo bhi actively follow karne par.
Insurance ka matalab hi mushkil haalat mein sahara..
