Greetings Friends. What a wonderful topic from Hive Learners on this very edition.
I would have loved the government of my country to place rules or regulations on “How many kid”, each families have. There is no such a regulation from the country I come from. This is a very vital and important rules that many countries should establish, especially those countries that are not doing well economically.
Nigeria 🇳🇬 where I cone from is among the over populated country in the world 🌎. I personally had just two girls which my husband and I are satisfied with. My kids already in College. Deciding to have two children is not even because of the economy, because when I had my children, things were still okey in my country. This is when the economy of my country was still good. It was personal decision because we believe then that having too many kids will involve us working into old age to enable us take care of them.
Its very sad that some countries are not taking into consideration regulations like this because it would have helped stop over population that many third tier countries are facing. The issue of over population has caused lots of problems where the governments are not even able to obtain the accurate number of citizens of the country through census. High Birth Rate has caused many family not been able to cater for their children and the government are not doing anything about this very issue.
Today in my country, the inflation is nothing to talk about, there is high rate of unemployment, distribution of power keeps deteriorating every day, cost of feeding has tripled. Who is to be held responsible?
Although many who has the money or are in better condition will argue with such regulations believing the government has no power over such rules since anyone can decide to have as many children as desired, but the old saying of all fingers are not equal still remains.
In my own opinion, government of a country should have control over regulations of birth rate because with such in control by the government, children will be properly trained in schools, inflation, unemployment, hunger and lack of medical support will not be hindering nations since every family will have just two to three children they can properly take care off.
This regulations will also help the government to manage the economy properly by making sure every citizen enjoys benefits due to them
This is correct, there is a problem in our country too, there are too many children due to which the economy is not being controlled at all, if there is such a policy that only two children can be born. Then they will be able to develop this poor country.
Sure @djbravo. We are not selling this children so have so many. Its our responsibility to have the number we can care for.

The economy is not smiling at all, everything is skyrocketing everyday.
There's need to control child birth.

anyone who is having more than 2 kids in Nigeria nowis probably a billionaire, However, I think the the problem is not the population, the problem is the ignorance of the population. Lets hope we treat that ignorance before the next election.
