Hello guys, it's a new week and a new month as well, happy new month to you guys, let's talk health today.
As good has it may sound I know very well that a good number of people do not take into consideration their health.
It's awful and surprising to know that in this part of the world people hardly go the hospital or pharmacy for a medical check-up.
However medicines are of different forms.

Let's talk personal experience, with the help of the people I grew up to meet as my guardians I have never had a experience that led to going to the hospital and one of the outstanding reason is that I had an in-law who was a pharmacist, it's just as simple as it is written, so going to the Hospital for medical check-up was not an option because anytime I was ill I will be taken care of by him even without paying.
I was able to grow up without knowing how an hospital looks like, as I've never been there before, you won't believe that people like me exist.
I grew up with this mindset that an hospital is a place for serious health conditions, because that is what I always hear my in-law tell any patients that his/her health is in a critical condition.
Meanwhile hospitals are not even what I grew up thinking, I came to realize that hospital is a safe and easier health care option be it private on public as long as there have good facilities and professional workers it is the best place to get your medical check-up.
Now I have so many friends that are working in hospitals, this gives me access to some information that I don't need to go to the hospital to know, I try as much as possible to stay healthy by healthy healthy meals, I also go for road walk but not frequently, I drink clean water. go to work, create content on hive and then go about every other part of life, I can tell you that I've never been to the hospital for anything medical check-up, the highest that happens to me is maleria which after some medications I stand strong again.
The fact that I don't go to the hospital doesn't make it obsolete, I always advice people to go to the hospital whenever their health is bad, it shouldn't be an excuse to people who are only sick. That I do not go to the hospital or pharmacy for checkups doesn't mean I'm not in support of it.
We are told that health is wealth, I do mine in the small possible way I can and you can do yours the way its fits you, you can choose to have a family or personal doctor, this will help alleviate the unforseen circumstances of complicated health conditions.
