It shouldn't count but it always does. If you have two candidates, one attractive and the other 300 pounds the attractive one gets the job even with equal credentials. The fat one may even have better credentials. Welcome to the world!

Unfortunately I have to agree with you in this statement, if there are 2 candidates at the same level, the most handsome will be hired, I think that's the naked truth, but maybe with time this will change, who knows. We have to think positively that the quality and professionalism of people is greater than just the question of beauty.
