The septic tank situation is a very discomforting and expensive one.

Indeed, I cannot stop thinking about it whenever go sit on the throne.

Any considerations for permanent or long term solutions?

We have a little space in front that we can build a proper septic tank. But I will talk to my brother about it once we are done fixing with our parking area.
