I think it depends on what kind of door you installed the that doorknob. If it doesn't need to keep someone out then that will do. The case if different if its the main door.
Btw, I think a 200 peso doorknob is cheap and probably low quality. Around 500 or 600 price ranged should be more reliable. But again, it still depends on where we are going to install it.

I am not sure but I think our building code have a specific requirements on septic tank design. Not familiar with it as I am not a Civil Engineer.
A 4 meters deep septic tank will still works but it may be not efficient in the decomposing process. One way to increase the capacity of this kinds of tanks is to increase the width, instead of the depth, if you have the land area. I just don't know the design considerations went into making your tank. 🙂
