Content monetization have created opportunity for so many persons, including the educated and non educated, it has provided a fair opportunities in our society , a space for individuals to showcase creativity, learn digital skills, share opinion, engage socially and earn.
Content monetization rewards efforts and give room for consistency and creativity.
Considering how unfair my country's economy have been to citizens and how job opportunities haven't been reachable to all, content monetization have enriched so many persons, given them a purpose and an opportunity to work remotely and earn ,they could earn from comfort of their home, street, business places and many more.

My thoughts about content monetization is that it's an opportunity, a fair opportunity for people to earn legitly, created a space for creativity and learning.
Personally, I appreciate the fact that content monetization provided hope to so many persons.
The fairness content monetization gives, is one of the reasons I see it as an opportunity, it doesn't judge or limit income flow base on class, it rewards the rich and the poor, all you need is to be creative, consistent , showcase talent and visible to get successful by creating contents
Content creating have really been a source of empowerment, especially among young people, it have given them an opportunity create a connection with fans, promotes their businesses and many more opportunities.
I agree with the fact that people go extreme to create some content just to make money, most times it gets really annoying.
Recently, I saw a family content creators page and I just felt really disgusted because of how she exposes her body, makes her body look a certain way, darken her thighs and exposes her body to get views, and her husband would also do the same, I felt bad for the kid first, because they would grow to see this videos, the Internet don't forget easily.
I really wished I could flog the man and his wife, and talk sense into them, I just passed and blocked her page, because I wouldn't like to see again and that was simple.
I have learnt to pass, unfollow and control what appears on my feed, because many persons are willing to makes content creation money, regardless of what others think.
I don't report, and I won't support anyone to report a pages, because the creators effort, time and even money.
You might not agree to the content, and another person would be okay with it.
I would block for my peace, I'm one of those persons who don't even care about educating the Creator in the comment section, I would just block to avoid seeing your post.

Content creations requires hardwork, time, consistency and devotion , just like an actual work, so chasing it doesn't mean they are lazy.
Content creation money isn't so easy to get, the requirements isn't even easy to be met and also require smart work and hardwork.
Chasing content monetization doesn't make anyone lazy, it's also as difficult as the actual job people do.
If a content meets to the requirements of the platform, then they deserve a pay, it's worth being paid for ,if the content gets the required engagement, view, comments , likes and shares , then it should be paid for.
Regardless of what the content might be, if it reaches or meets to the criterias for payment, then it deserves to be paid for.
Here's is my response to Hive Learners prompt:
What are your thoughts on content monetization? We've seen how it has pushed so many people to make even the most extreme content just to get more money. Has this made many of us more lazy to pursue actual work? At this point, is just any content worth being paid for?
Thanks for reading ♥️
Hello @van.illa
Content monetization gives people an opportunity to move forward. Not when real jobs don't exist. But some containers push their limits. But this does not mean that it takes hard work to create content. If someone engages the content then he deserves a reward.
