Discussions about abortion can be really controversial, could lead to arguments and debates, some believe it's right and to some it's wrong. Everyone have their different opinion , views and believe, mostly from fate, religion , cultural believe, values , medical concerns, societal opinion and many others.Personally, I feel abortion could be prevented and it's also wrong.
We all know the product of sex of having a baby, the world is well developed now and there are various teachings about safe sex , consequences of sex, celibacy and abstainance, you can easily get this lectures in schools, churches, social media and hospitals.
Pregnancy could be avoided in several ways, and that would prevent you from being in a situation where you need to think of aborting a child.
Two consenting adults cannot have sex and call the product of the sex , unwanted, it wasn't a rape.
People can actually have safe sex, by using condoms to avoid being pregnant in the first place, there could also be on birth controls and contraceptives to avoid pregnancy after intercourse or better still abstain or celibate to avoid getting pregnant at the wrong time.
The part that can be really disappointing and annoying is where two adults, like two grown adults decided to have sex and when the product of sex comes , they call the pregnancy an unwanted pregnancy, when pregnancy comes that is when the thoughts of many reasons to abort the child start ringing in their head, like financial reasons, mental instability, when the father of the child is not worthy enough, religious believe, societal stigma due to premarital pregnancy and these reasons are all valid to me, but why were they not considered from the initial stage of stage of having sex .
I'm totally against Abortion, especially when the two parents are compatible enough to produce kids, I know there are some medical reasons like ectopic pregnancy, life threatening infections, and many more health related issues, that would require an abortion of the foetus, but when it involves two consenting adults who are medically fit and can give birth to a sound child and survive the process, they should go ahead and reproduce.
Personally, I feel if more people encourage or support abortion, it will give room to reckless life style, especially the young ones.
Young people will consider abortion a norm, it will give them more encouragement to have sex without fear.
Both partners, have an opinion, when a decision about abortion has to be made, because they are both fully involved in the activity that lead to pregnancy, they both have opinions, but the mothers opinion should be considered more.
The woman is the one at risk , if there's a complications in her body during the process, she has to it face it in future , in worse cases she die in the process .
So I'm of the opinion that the lady's opinion matters the most, she should be considered more.
Most Ladies deal with trauma, guilt, dreams, and even mental breakdown after an abortion, surviving and dealing with all these will not be easy, in as much as the both partners have an opinion, the Ladies opinion should be considered, because she would be the one to face the consequences more.
In conclusion, practicing safe sex, having a birth control plan, practicing celibacy and abstaining, would prevent you from unprepared pregnancy and the act of abortion, abortion can be prevented.

I also don't support abortion and would never be a party to it. Two adults know that pregnancy is the product of sex. They should be able to face the consequences without aborting the innocent child.
