Nepotism is now the order of the day indeed, you find people giving connection to people that don't even merit such connection, because they are family. I understand helping family, but I don't understand abusing power just for only family to benefit from a public opportunity.

It's a sad norm in society today. Meritocracy isn't considered again, people abuse power of public offices for family gain.
