THUG LIFE-THE HATE YOU GIVE 😔😪

in Hive Learners3 months ago

Heya Cubs, it's my first time posting here, I hope I'm welcome 🥲.
I decided to join this week's contest because I feel like I can relate to it.
So, let's dive right into it.

I would take legal action as it depends on the type of acts of hate performed.
Acts of hate ranging from lying, gossip, mockery, etc. can be overlooked.
But any act of hate that involves any action(s) that would cause me harm either literally or metaphorically, in my own opinion, requires legal action.

I'm going to link this to my instance, hence forming my second paragraph to support my claim.

Someone once asked me, how far can you go before you decide to take legal action? "

Let's take this as an instance;
If someone called you a name(s) like; Idiot or Fool. You could overlook that or keep silent, but it someone calls you names like "ritualist, " "Fraudster," or even a "Murderer," you could get offended.
It would even be worse if you were accused of such.
In my opinion, I could take legal actions on someone for false accusations; accusations of theft, harassment, or something as heinous as murder or doing drugs.

You may take a look at it as something trivial, but a Yoruba adage once said, "What you wouldn't take when you're rich, don't take it now that you're poor."
It simply tells us to set our standards straight.
Let me be a little religious and say,
The bible tells us in
Proverbs 22:1: "A good name is to be more desired than great wealth, / Favor is better than silver and gold."
And in
Ecclesiastes 7:1: "A good reputation is more valuable than costly perfume.
The Bible emphasizes that a good reputation is valuable and should be earned and maintained.
So, I would not tolerate any acts of hate that could ruin my reputation. This is also known as defamation, which simply means damaging someone's good reputation by saying something bad or untrue about them.

So everyone's question may now be "would you simply take action for every act committed against you?*"

Well, no, no, I won't.
There is this popular adage "Do to others what you would want them to do to you," and also another one that says "Do not repay evil with evil as everything you do to others you do to yourself"
It's really funny how life is a cycle,
what you sow is what you would reap, and whatever you do to someone, you're indirectly doing that to yourself. If in the future I want someone to tutor my kids with love, I would use that same love to tutor my kids. As it might be that in the future, one of my kids might be tutored by one of the kids that I'm tutoring today.

If someone commits an act of hate towards me, I would respond with kindness because I believe that someday it might backfire.
Never repay evil with evil, I think even that that is why we have the never ending stories of villains.
The Hate you give screws everybody, because life is a cycle.
This is something some of you might know as Karma 🥲.
While I would not tolerate acts that would tarnish my image, I'm a good person, and I have a kind heart.
To err is human, but to forgive is divine ✨.
Thanks for your time 😪❤️
