They should really look at what is upstairs not the way of dressing.although the way dress is the way you will be addressed.

    I agree with you, there are a lot of details about professions that won't always be looked at only in terms of quality or knowledge, some of them really do require clothing and a physical appearance that is more in keeping with your style. But in those that are possible, I think it's best to see how skilled the person is.
