Hive! Hive!! Hive!!! Ooh, how I've missed you lately. It's been like forever since I've been in this space, and it feels like some decades have gone by already. Reminding myself why I didn't need the break from Hive because of how amazing it is to be here. This is one of the most beautiful places in the world where I can actually share my feelings and thoughts.
This space has brought something inside of me to the outside world that I thought I didn't possess. When my cousin first walked up to me and was like, "Why don't you write on Hive?" My reply was "I'm not a writer," then he chuckled and said nobody was born to be a writer, often we just find ourselves trying new things, and before you know it, it's likely to become a hobby that we can't live without.
This space has brought something inside from me that I didn't know I had, and I'm super grateful for this thing called "Hive" and the amazing friendships I've been able to build here. The genuine connection I've made and I'm still building. From this day henceforth, I've developed new goals and that is to write every day on this platform.
I think I've deviated a lot, so let me get back to the topic of discussion, which is "Stress". Every day I ask myself, can stress really be avoided? Well, I don't think it can when everything that we engage in is accompanied by stress.
Lately I've been really stressed because I've had alot of things on my table and in the process of trying to deal all of them at the same time "stress develops" often I made myself trying to avert it or look for other means to avoid it but it will come to the front door of my life and be like "I can't be avoided" ooh really I know you can't be avoided but then you can be reduced "communicating to myself".
Since stress can't be avoided fully because our lives revolve around it every day, in this thing called "dealing with life" where everyone is busy trying to make ends meet and survive the shackles life throws at us "Stress will always be there" but then what matters the most is how we deal with it.
I'm gonna run you through certain things that I've been engaging in recently to deal with stress, and the first on my list is likely to shock a lot of people, so let's dive in then. The first on my list is Exercise, "yeah, you heard right!" Sorry, I'm screaming, "maybe because it's unbelievable to me as well. Yeah, recently I've been keeping myself pretty occupied with some home exercise. I've decided to dedicate twenty minutes of my time every day to engage in exercise to relax my mind and mental health.
With the few days I've been able to do that, I've noticed that exercise doesn't help the body alone; it helps the mind and how we think, and it relieves us from certain stress-related activities. And the second on my list is "getting enough sleep." I know you wanna say, "I like sleep a lot." Ehn, I know I like sleep a lot, but then it still helps in relieving my body of stress.
And finally, engage in things that make you happy; that is the best way to get the most out of life.
Thanks for reading 🧡

Exercise is really important after a stressful day. There's one thing to be stressed by working, and it is another thing to do an exercise after a stressful day of work. Exercise has a lot of importance.
Thanks for sharing
Hey!!! Bro, it's been a while. And I think I'm beginning to love the exercise part.
Meditation sure does help to calm the mind. Mostly we discover that the mind is where the worry starts and stress emerge. It's good to have you back baby girl.
