A day off work on our birthdays would be nice, imagine staying at a place with a loved one the whole day making memories that would be cool than staying at the office all day, today was my boss's birthday and guess what, he stayed at the office till the close of work. So if a boss stays at the office on his birthday it means the staff can't get a break on theirs as well. Every nice idea you've shared.
