To achieve a well-being as described in the "Four Healthy, Five Perfect" concept, good mental health and physical strength are essential. The two are inseparable. If one is lacking or almost absent, it is not worthy of being called "Four Healthy, Five Perfect." If some people say that physical strength is important but neglect mental health, this is a mistake, because the two are truly inseparable.
A person is only considered healthy if both their physical and mental health are healthy. It can be concluded that the two cannot be separated. People with mental disorders often isolate themselves, hallucinate, and cannot think clearly and effectively. Those who frequently experience mental stress are more likely to lack self-confidence and fear long-term interactions, which can lead to mental stress, the most severe effect of which is schizophrenia.
Mental health significantly influences how people think and express their thoughts through concrete actions and actions. Why are there so many people in my area who are mentally ill after the war between the Free Aceh Movement (GAM) fighters and the Indonesian government? The obvious answer is because of the excessive mental stress and physical violence suffered by civilians, leading many to lose control of their thoughts and emotions, leading to mental stress that, over time, leads to mental disorders. Mental recovery is not as easy as imagined; many people fail to properly manage their mental health.
Unlike physical health, even though they may be physically immobile, weak and helpless, they can still think, interact with others, and devise ways to recover. While we don't want to experience any of these deficiencies, mental health is crucial for survival and positive thinking. Mental health also encourages a person's desire to develop and interact with others. Many supporting factors can contribute to maintaining mental health, including religious beliefs, family support, neighborhood support, and the environment in which we live.
If one's mental health is lacking, but one's physical health is weak, all one's plans and desires will be in vain. A person can think clearly and plan their future, but if they are physically weak and helpless, bedridden, it will be impossible to achieve all their dreams. So, I think this is a very interesting topic to remind us of the importance of both physical and mental health. Sometimes we forget how precious these two gifts are. We don't realize it until we lose one or both of them.
Maintaining the health of both is crucial to maintaining their health. This includes exercising regularly, managing your diet and getting enough rest, avoiding crime, thinking well of others, and creating a safe, peaceful, and prosperous environment. Be diligent in your religious practices, refrain from committing acts of worship, and refrain from committing acts prohibited by Islam. You will be safe and happy in this world and the hereafter. Always have a positive outlook on the destiny that God has determined.
We are all grateful to live in a safe country free from the fear of war and murder. This is the main foundation for achieving physical and mental health and well-being, thus reducing the rates of ignorance and physical disability. I have been less active on the platform for the past few weeks, all because I am completing my studies. For that, I apologize to all my friends.
