This is quite true. Stress has a way of pretending like it's not there, till you cross a boundary and see the repercussions of your actions 😅. Well it's helpful that you have been able to study yourself and know how to recognise the signs of stress.
I also do some outdoor activities when my mind and body is overcome by stress. And it really does go a long way in helping out.
