We made it

in Summer Vibes2 months ago

As a promise is a promise, here I am to tell you how the little summer learning adventure ended.

In spite of having few meetings, the course was quite intense. A lot of content and terms of the specialty were given to us in only 25 teaching hours. We approached a subject that requires a lot of technical knowledge and that is usually carried out in large multidisciplinary groups. Nevertheless, the information permeated everyone.

I was surprised how we were able to present for the final exercise a project idea applying what we had learned in the workshop without having to look for extra information. We were splited into 3 teams and one member of each team presented their idea.

It was nice to see how we all did our best and in spite of the short time we presented worthy and interesting work. It was just the outline of an initial idea, but with all the potential to become a great project in the future.

The teamwork flowed perfectly despite the fact that we did not know each other before, but the interest and focus was on the same goal. The professor was also satisfied with our performance and extended his congratulations to all of us.

In the afternoon of July 24, after our presentations, we participated in the closing of this edition of the Summer School (not a memorable event 😏). Someone read a boring statement and a girl with certain vocal qualities interpreted a song of the Cuban Trova. The audio was turned way up and the acoustics of the room were pretty bad, so the vocal timbre of the singer was an eardrum piercer 😣🤣. Ahhh there was also a raffle for 10 free courses for the new edition of the Winter School to be held in January 2026...we didn't win a single one!!!! 😆🤣

Thus ended these intense days, they left impregnated their good summer vibes and we will surely return to enroll another course in the coming Edition. It may be winter, but as Cuba is an eternal summer 😉...its vibes invade our lives 365 days a year!!

Oh, you were taking photos while having the lessons? What would the teacher say if he knew, not paying attention to him but taking photos? hahah, I am just joking, of course, I can again just congratulate you for being this hardworking and motivated to take a course during summer! I see your daughter and husband in the group photo. Well, everyone seems happy, so the studying was a good experience. Not the acoustics and the singer though 😂

Were you allowed to take photos in class? Hahaha, well done! Hahaha, I loved seeing your work, your study and your teamwork! Well done!🤗

Jajajaja, fue con el permiso del profe. Por suerte pude tomar esas porque serían utilizadas por él para actualizar el canal de IG. Gracias Amonet, un abrazo 🤗
